Job Description
The doctoral student will:
- Analyze and integrate diverse proteomics data (bulk, single-cell, proteogenomics, spatial) across various cancer types.
- Reconstruct signaling networks at single-cell resolution.
- Employ machine learning and AI methods for data interpretation and candidate therapeutic target prioritization.
- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary research environment while increasing independence over the duration of the PhD.
