Eligibility/Qualification
- Essential:
- PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedicine, or a related field
- Experience with in vitro reconstitution systems and/or neuronal models from PhD research
- Strong cellular and biochemical expertise
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Advantageous:
- Experience in protein purification, in vitro reconstitution, and TIRF microscopy
- Familiarity with human iPSCs and organoid technologies
- Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills in multidisciplinary settings
Job Description
- Optimize in vitro and neuronal models for high-throughput screening.
- Conduct semi-automated analysis and quantification of microscopy data.
- Take on scientific leadership in manuscript preparation and actively participate in conferences, workshops, and dissemination activities.
- Supervise and mentor PhD students within the research group.
