Job Description

The Postdoctoral Research Scientist will be responsible for:

  • Designing and executing independent research projects.
  • Performing cloning, mutagenesis, and protein engineering.
  • Expressing and purifying recombinant proteins (E. coli, yeast, or mammalian systems).
  • Conducting biochemical and biophysical characterization (e.g., BLI, SPR, binding assays).
  • Conducting cell-based assays and functional experiments.
  • Analyzing data and preparing manuscripts for publication.
  • Mentoring undergraduate and graduate students.
  • Assisting with grant proposal preparation.
  • Presenting research at group meetings and conferences.
