Job Description
The Postdoctoral Research Scientist will be responsible for:
- Designing and executing independent research projects.
- Performing cloning, mutagenesis, and protein engineering.
- Expressing and purifying recombinant proteins (E. coli, yeast, or mammalian systems).
- Conducting biochemical and biophysical characterization (e.g., BLI, SPR, binding assays).
- Conducting cell-based assays and functional experiments.
- Analyzing data and preparing manuscripts for publication.
- Mentoring undergraduate and graduate students.
- Assisting with grant proposal preparation.
- Presenting research at group meetings and conferences.
