Research Area:

Eligibility/Qualification:
- A PhD/DPhil in Computational Chemistry, Structural Biology, Bioinformatics, Statistics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a closely related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with high-performance computing.
- Solid understanding of computational biology or protein modeling.
- Experience in developing machine learning methods for protein analysis or design.
Job Description:
The Postdoctoral Research Associate will:
- Develop and apply machine learning methods for antibody specificity and optimization.
- Adapt computational models to analyze antibody-antigen interactions and predict escape mutations.
- Manage research activities and coordinate project aspects to meet deadlines.
- Prepare publications, presentations, and proposals.
- Contribute to project development by generating new research ideas and supporting funding applications.
- Collaborate with experimental and computational researchers, supporting students and junior researchers.
- Engage in teaching and academic service activities within the Department.
