Eligibility/Qualification

  • Completed diploma or masterโ€™s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Laboratory experience in catalysis, chemo-catalytic biomass conversion, and analytical methods (HPLC, NMR) is an advantage.
  • Strong teamwork skills and enthusiasm for research collaboration in an international setting.
  • Structured, reliable, and independent working style with a willingness to explore new topics and methods.
  • Good command of English and German (at least B2 level).

Job Description

  • Collaborate on research and teaching tasks, including examinations.
  • Supervise students and assist in research projects involving catalyst synthesis, characterization, and catalytic studies.
  • Maintain experimental setups and improve research methodologies.
  • Write dissertations and publications, participate in scientific events, and assist with organizational and administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to the activities of the research group.
