Eligibility/Qualification

  • PhD in Regulatory Affairs related to biotechnological or pharmaceutical topics, or
  • University degree in natural, engineering, or life sciences with relevant experience in regulatory affairs, or
  • PhD in biomedical materials, pharmaceutical science, or microbiology with experience in clinical translation of cell therapies.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills in German and English.

Job Description

  • Analyze needs and challenges for ELM regulation through expert interviews and workshops.
  • Document existing frameworks relevant to ELM regulation systematically.
  • Expand and coordinate a network of experts from academia, industry, and regulatory bodies.
  • Create praxis-oriented guidelines and metrics for safe-by-design approaches in ELM research.
  • Develop an outreach action plan including website and workshop organization in collaboration with team members.
  • Report to project coordinators, partners, and funding agencies.
