About- Applications for one Post Doctoral Fellow (PDF) position are invited for a 24-month project titled “Attenuation of Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatotic Liver Disease by Underutilized Blended Oils Stabilized with Goji Berry Bioactives.” Essential qualifications include a PhD in related fields, with preference for NET/GATE qualified candidates and prior publications. Candidates should be under 35 years old (with relaxations for specific groups). Eligibility/Qualification–

Essential Qualifications	PhD in Food Science and Nutrition/ Nutrition & Dietetics /Food Science Technology/ Life Sciences/ Biotechnology/ Allied Sciences. NET/GATE qualified candidates with a prior publication record in relevant areas may be given preference.
Age Limit	Maximum 35 years (relaxation of 5 years for women/ SC/ ST/ OBC/ differently abled as per the Govt. of India Rules).
Desirable	Candidates having research experience in functional foods, nutraceuticals or metabolic disorders will be preferred.Experience in handling analytical instruments such as GC—MS, LC—MS, FTIR, DSC, and HPLC will be preferred.Candidates with experience in animal handling, biochemical assays, histopathology will be given preference.Expertise in molecular biology techniques including RNA isolation, qRT-PCR, ELISA, and gene expression analysis is desirable,
