Eligibility/Qualification

  • PhD in materials science, chemistry, physics, chemical engineering, bioengineering, nanoscience, or a related discipline.
  • Strong experimental background in soft matter and biointerfaces.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced characterization techniques.
  • Familiarity with quantitative data analysis or scientific programming is beneficial.
  • Excellent English communication skills.

Job Description

ResponsibilitiesDetails
Development of Material ArchitecturesDesign and create nanostructured and mesoporous materials for biosensing applications.
Investigation of InteractionsResearch colloidal and biomolecular interactions at interfaces (adsorption, binding, transport).
Data Analysis IntegrationIntegrate experimental data analysis with image analysis and quantitative interpretation methodologies.
Experimental WorkflowsDevelop robust experimental workflows with detailed documentation.
CollaborationWork with interdisciplinary teams across materials science and life sciences.
Scientific ContributionsAssist in publications, presentations, and grant development activities.
MentorshipSupport and mentor doctoral, master’s, and undergraduate researchers within the group.
