Eligibility/Qualification

  • PhD in Imaging Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Physics, Neuroscience, Physics, Computer Science, or a closely related quantitative field.
  • Demonstrated experience in neuroimaging data handling and analysis.
  • Strong programming experience in Python for image analysis.
  • Experience with large datasets and effective visualization techniques.

Job Description

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will enable data-driven decision-making for CNS drug delivery strategies. Responsibilities include:

  • Management, analysis, and interpretation of complex neuroimaging datasets (MRI, CT, PET).
  • Application of advanced quantitative analysis methods and image analysis workflows.
  • Collaboration with internal experts and external partners on neuroimaging strategy.
  • Development of standard neuroimaging analysis pipelines and exploration of emerging techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and analyzing multimodal CNS neuroimaging datasets.
  • Implementing standard preprocessing and analysis workflows.
  • Leading co-registration and integration of neuroimaging data with histological and molecular readouts.
  • Communicating insights through data visualization and project team summaries.
  • Optimizing imaging acquisition strategies and protocols.
