Eligibility/Qualification
Applicants are expected to meet the following criteria:
- An excellent Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Strong programming skills.
- The ability to conduct independent research.
- A solid background and interest in human-computer interaction research (this is a strong requirement).
- Strong commitment and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- A high level of proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Job Description
- Work on the analysis and co-creation of explanation types and methods in constraint solving.
- Develop human-centered explanations tailored to the needs of end-users.
- Focus on creating visualizations that scale to large problems and allow for interactive solving.
- Incorporate novel explanation generation methods.
- Contribute to research that empowers users to be active participants in data-driven solutions across applications like healthcare, digital humanities, fintech, and precision agriculture.
