Research/Job Area-Â Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), or a related discipline.
Location- IIT Guwahati, India
Eligibility/Qualification–
Ph.D. degree in a relevant area, or M.Tech./M.E. (or equivalent) with at least 3 years of research, in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), or a related discipline.Â
- Experience in Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with open-source EDA tools such as ABC, Yosys, OpenROAD, and related frameworks.Â
- Knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) techniques and their application to EDA problems.Â
- Strong programming and problem-solving skills are desirable.Â
- Prior research or project experience in VLSI CAD, hardware design, formal verification, or ML for EDA will be an added advantage

Candidates are also required to appear for an Online interview scheduled on 15th October 2026 (Thursday) at 10:00 AM. The last date of application will be 13th October (Tuesday) at 5.00 pm.
