Job Description:
Postdoctoral Training Fellow – Structural Biology of DNA Repair Complexes (ID 603)
As a Postdoctoral Training Fellow in the Structural Biology of DNA Repair Complexes team, you will be responsible for conducting structural and functional studies of nucleotide excision repair (NER). This will involve reconstituting functional DNA repair complexes, determining their structures using cryo-EM, and collaborating with other groups to experimentally test structure-based hypotheses and gain new insights into the molecular mechanisms of NER. You will have access to state-of-the-art cryo-EM facilities and advanced expression systems for protein complex expression and characterization.
