Postdoctoral Position in Macromolecular Chemistry: Synthesis of Janus Nanorods by RAFT Polymerization
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research in the area of macromolecular chemistry, focusing on the synthesis of Janus nanorods through RAFT polymerization. The aim of the project is to investigate the interactions between Janus nanorods and cellular membranes in the context of 3D cell culture. The candidate will synthesize functional polymers, graft them with relevant tags for specific adhesion, and collaborate with our partners at IMMM and TENS for the study of nanorod formation and their interaction with cells. The project duration is 18 months, starting in November 2023, with a net monthly salary of 2200€.
