Job Description:
PhD Position in Cryo Electron Microscopy of Rhodopsin Cyclases (f/m/d)
As a PhD candidate, you will be responsible for:
- Collecting and analyzing data using single particle cryo electron microscopy.
- Participating in experimental design and method development.
- Collaborating closely with UniSysCat cluster of excellence and Prof. Peter Hegemann’s group (HU Berlin).
- Handling multi-protein complexes, high-resolution cryo-EM imaging, image processing, 3D reconstruction, and molecular modeling.
