Eligibility/Qualification: The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

- Training in continuous flow processes is appreciated but not mandatory.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, including supervising MSc projects and training students.

Post-doctoral Position in Organic Chemistry (ENSC of Rennes)
As a Postdoctoral Researcher, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting research on the development of new synthetic methods in asymmetric catalysis.
- Synthesizing chiral building blocks with high selectivity and productivity.
- Exploring the possibility of extending research to continuous flow processes.
- Collaborating with the Organometallics Materials and Catalysis team at ENSCR.
- Supervising MSc projects and providing training to students.
- Demonstrating strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.
Additional Information:
- Position duration: 18 months with a monthly gross salary of approximately €2900.
- Candidates should have less than 2 years of post-doctoral experience.
- The research will be conducted within the state-of-the-art facilities of the Organometallics Materials and Catalysis team.
