This research project offers an opportunity for an in-depth examination of how infrastructure provisioning and delivery are perceived and carried out by various stakeholders. The study is open to various theoretical and methodological approaches proposed by applicants from backgrounds such as project management, construction management, leadership, civil engineering, environmental science, and social sciences.
Eligibility/Qualification:
Entry Requirements:
- Applicants should typically hold at least a first-class or upper-second-class British Bachelor’s Honors degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
- Some research degrees may require a Master’s degree, and applicants should verify specific requirements with the relevant School prior to application.
English Language Requirements:
- Minimum IELTS score of 6.0 overall with at least 5.5 in each component (reading, writing, listening, and speaking) or equivalent.
- The test must be dated within two years of the course’s start date.
Funding on Offer:
- For UK PGRs: A competitive School of Civil Engineering Studentship covering UK fee rates (£4,712) and a tax-free maintenance grant of £18,622 for 3.5 years. An additional Top-Up of £3,000 per year is available to previous University of Leeds graduates.
- For International PGRs: Fee Only Scholarships covering full academic fees at the International Fee rate of £26,500 per year for 3 years.
- Selection is based on academic merit.
