Summary: DEEN DAYAL UPADHYAYA COLLEGE, a 100% funded university in New Delhi, is inviting applications for the appointment of guest faculty in various departments. The faculty should not hold any other teaching assignments and must submit a NOC and Workload Certificate from the respective institution. Retired teachers may also be considered for guest faculty, with a maximum age limit of 70 years. Qualifications for guest faculty are the same as regular Assistant Professor positions in the University of Delhi. The application must be submitted via Google by 17.02.2025.

Eligibility/Qualification:
- Retired teachers may also be considered for appointment as Guest Faculty subject to a maximum age limit of 70 years.
- Qualifications for guest faculty shall be the same as those prescribed for appointment of regular Assistant Professor in colleges of University of Delhi in accordance with UGC regulations.
- *All those who have already applied in response earlier notice dated 16.01.2025, need not to apply again.
Note:
- Candidates who hold a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M.Phil./Ph.D. Degree) Regulation, 2009, or the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M.Phil/Ph.D. Degree) Regulation, 2016, and their subsequent amendments, shall be exempted from the requirement of NET for recruitment as Assistant Professor in the University, provided they meet specific conditions.
- The NET is required for different courses in the field of Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Computer Technology/Computer Applications/Information Technology.
Job Description:
Usually, Guest Faculty to be considered for appointment should not hold any other teaching assignment. However, permanent faculty from other colleges can be considered for appointment as guest faculty subject to submission NOC & Workload Certificate from the respective institution as per University of Delhi rules.
Honorarium will be paid as per UGC norms.
