Job Description:
- Contribute to a BBSRC-UKRI funded project investigating the molecular mechanism of DNA processing for antibiotic resistance gene transfer in bacteria.
- Collaborate with members of the Ilangovan research group and external collaborators.
- Ensure meticulous data collection, analysis, and manuscript preparation for publication.
- Work within an agreed timeframe to deliver research projects.
- Utilize cryo-EM and X-ray crystallography facilities for structural molecular biology research.
- Expected to start on December 1, 2023, or as soon as possible thereafter.
- The position is full-time, fixed-term for 3 years.
