Postdoctoral Researcher – Root Metabolomics of the Plant-parasitic Plant Interaction
As a Postdoctoral Researcher, you will be responsible for analyzing roots and root exudates from sorghum, millet, and rice using LC- and GC-MS. You will also perform phenotyping of the host-parasite interaction. This research will involve identifying signaling molecules crucial for the host-parasite interaction and understanding how metabolites influence beneficial microbes. Your tasks include experiment organization, data analysis, and supervising technicians and students.
