University of Delhi invites application for Research Associate Position at Delhi from eligible and interested candidates

About- Applications are invited for the multiple posts Research Associate (RA), Project Associates (PA), Junior Research Fellow (JRF), Technical Assistant (TA) and Scientific Administrative Assistant (SAA) in the DST sponsored research project in Experimental High Energy Physics entitled, “Indian Participation in the CMS Experiment at CERN : Maintenance, Operation and Upgradation” at the Department of Physics & Astrophysics, University of Delhi, Delhi-110007. The appointment will be purely on temporary basis initially for a period of one year. The appointment can be further extended based on the performance of the candidate. The appoitnemnt is co-terminus with the tenure of the project.

Research/Job Area- Biotechnology/Life Sciences or any of the allied subjects

Location- Delhi

Eligibility/Qualification–

Essential:

Ph.D. in Biotechnology/Life Sciences or any of the allied subjects.
Expertise in handling nude mice, generation of tumor xenograft models, and thorough understanding of both study on mice model.
Expertise in molecular biological techniques and cell culture.
Candidates should have First-author publication(s) in the field of Biotechnology/Life Sciences and allied subjects.
Working knowledge of computers (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), basic bioinformatics skills, and statistical and image analysis software like SPSS, and Adobe Photoshop.

AGE LIMIT (As on 01.01.2024)

Not exceeding 40 years

Job/Position Description-

NAME OF THE PROJECT, FUNDING AGENCY AND DURATION	POST AND STIPENED
Identification of homoeopathic formulation with anti- cervical cancer anti HPV activity: Phase I, Assessment of Berberis aquafolium and Berberis vulgaris in vivo by CCRH (Upto June 2027)	Research Associate-I Rs.54,000/- per month + HRA (as per norms)
