About- The Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC), Department of Environment, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, invites applications for multiple Group ‘A’ positions on a regular basis. These are excellent opportunities for experienced professionals in engineering, science, and programming to contribute to pollution control efforts in Delhi.

Eligibility/Qualification–
Senior Environmental Engineer (SEE)
- Master’s degree in Civil/Environmental/Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical/ECE/Biomedical Engineering/Water Resources/Remote Sensing/GIS/Hydrology or equivalent, from a recognized university
- 10 years’ experience in pollution control or related field after acquiring the Master’s degree
- Age: Not exceeding 50 years
Environmental Engineer (EE)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in aforementioned engineering fields
- 8 years’ relevant experience after Bachelor’s or 6 years after Master’s
- Age: Not exceeding 40 years
Scientist-C
- Doctorate in Science with Master’s in Biochemistry/Microbiology/Life Science/Chemistry/Environmental Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry/Toxicology or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in pollution control or related field
- Age: Not exceeding 40 years
Scientist-B
- Master’s degree in relevant science subjects as above
- At least 3 years’ experience in pollution control or related subjects
- Doctorate in Science desirable
- Age: Not exceeding 35 years
Programmer
- Master’s degree in Computer Applications/Computer Science or equivalent OR BE/B.Tech in Computer Engg./Science/Technology OR other equivalent/recognized qualifications
- 4–6 years’ experience, with substantial programming experience
- Age: Not exceeding 35 years

- Lead, plan, and implement pollution control and monitoring projects
- Conduct research and analysis on environmental pollution issues
- Design and execute technical and scientific studies
- Manage data processing and software development (Programmer)
- Contribute technical input to policy, compliance, and enforcement
