JOB POSTING – The EEB Postdoctoral Fellowship
The Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at the St. George campus of the University of Toronto is seeking applications for a Departmental Postdoctoral Fellowship in the area of Ecology and/or Evolution.

Location: University of Toronto, St. George campus
Eligibility/Qualification: Applicants must hold a PhD in ecology and/or evolution or a related field, along with field-specific qualifications as set by the faculty advisor(s).
Job Description: We invite applications from highly motivated postdoctoral fellows with broad interests in ecology and evolutionary biology. The successful candidate may collaborate with a single or multiple advisors on research in ecology and evolution. Emphasis is placed on candidates with independence and innovative ideas. The Fellow will co-organize a seminar series in the first year and organize a workshop related to their interest in the second year. A small research supplement will be provided to support the candidate’s research. The Fellow will actively participate in the Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, fostering broad interactions within the department.

A short (maximum one page) statement about how candidates could contribute to enhancing equity, diversity, and inclusivity (EDI) should also be provided.
