Eligibility/Qualification:

• PhD / Dr. rer. nat. in Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or Bioinformatics.
• Experience in cell biological and molecular genetic techniques, preferably in cancer research or immunology.
• Proficiency in analyzing high-dimensional data sets, including CRISPR/Cas9, NGS, RNA-Seq, and associated bioinformatics tools.

Job Description:

• Conduct research on oncogenic driver networks and immune environments in high-risk acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
• Analyze multi-dimensional data sets (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, clinical annotations).
• Identify and validate oncogenic and therapeutic vulnerabilities in leukemia.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop target-specific therapies for acute leukemia patients.
• Utilize bioinformatics tools (R or Python) to conduct analyses on large-scale sequencing data sets.
