Eligibility/Qualification

  • A PhD in a computational field (Computer Science, Data Science, Biomedical Informatics, or related)
  • Strong programming skills (Python or R)
  • Proven ability to process and analyze large-scale datasets using machine learning
  • Track record of scientific publications
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Experience with digital pathology or clinical imaging modalities is preferred
  • Self-starter with organizational skills for lab workflow enhancement

Job Description

  • Methodological Lead: Oversee the development and implementation of deep learning models for histopathology and clinical data.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Serve as the technical liaison between engineering and medical teams to ensure AI tools are clinician-ready.
  • Scientific Dissemination: Prepare articles for peer-reviewed journals and present research at conferences.
  • Lab Mentorship: Support the growth of the lab by supervising students and refining research grant applications.
