Eligibility/Qualification
- A PhD in a computational field (Computer Science, Data Science, Biomedical Informatics, or related)
- Strong programming skills (Python or R)
- Proven ability to process and analyze large-scale datasets using machine learning
- Track record of scientific publications
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Experience with digital pathology or clinical imaging modalities is preferred
- Self-starter with organizational skills for lab workflow enhancement
Job Description
- Methodological Lead: Oversee the development and implementation of deep learning models for histopathology and clinical data.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Serve as the technical liaison between engineering and medical teams to ensure AI tools are clinician-ready.
- Scientific Dissemination: Prepare articles for peer-reviewed journals and present research at conferences.
- Lab Mentorship: Support the growth of the lab by supervising students and refining research grant applications.
