About- The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Raipur is inviting online applications from Indian nationals and persons registered as Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) for various faculty positions. This is a rolling advertisement for the Financial Year 2026-27, aiming to recruit highly qualified medical professionals and educators to contribute to the institute’s academic, clinical, and research excellence.
Research/Job Area-
Positions are open across various Medical and Non-Medical departments, including but not limited to broad specialties, super specialties, and basic medical sciences. Specific departmental vacancies are detailed in the official notification’s “Vacancy Details and Departments” section.

Eligibility/Qualification–
Candidates must meet the following criteria based on their respective fields:
For Medical Candidates:
- A medical qualification included in the I or II schedule or part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956.
- A postgraduate qualification (e.g., MD/MS) or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline/subject.
- For Super Specialty departments, M.Ch. or D.M. in the respective discipline is required.
- Experience: Specified years of teaching and/or research experience at a recognized institution after obtaining the qualifying degree (varies by designation, e.g., 14 years for Professor, 3 years for Assistant Professor).
For Non-Medical Candidates:
- A Master’s degree in the concerned specialty.
- A Doctorate degree (Ph.D.) from a recognized university in the respective discipline.
- Experience: Requisite years of teaching/research experience post-Ph.D. as per the specific designation applied for.

Selected candidates will be responsible for:
