Eligibility/Qualification–
- For Pharmaceutical Sciences (Contractual):
- A basic degree in Pharmacy.
- Registration as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.
- First Class Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch of specialization in Pharmacy.
- Desirable: Teaching, research, industrial, or professional experience; published papers in refereed journals.
- For Physical Education (Guest): As per NCTE Regulations, 2014.
- For Mechanical Engineering (Part-time): As per AICTE Regulations.
Job/Position Description-
he Central University of Punjab is inviting online applications from eligible candidates for various faculty positions on a purely temporary and contract basis. These appointments are for one semester (up to May 29, 2026) or until the positions are filled on a regular basis, whichever occurs earlier.

Selected candidates will be responsible for teaching undergraduate (B.Pharm) or postgraduate students, conducting practical sessions, and contributing to the academic activities of their respective departments. The duties follow a staggered timing as decided by the university. These are temporary roles without any claim for regular absorption.
