invites applications for Industrial Fellowships at IGSTC from eligible and interested candidates
About- The Indo-German Science & Technology Centre (IGSTC) is inviting applications for Industrial Fellowships aimed at Indian doctoral and post-doctoral researchers. This program provides an opportunity to gain experience in the German industrial environment, enhancing capabilities in applied research and facilitating networking with industry partners.

Eligibility/Qualification–
- PhD Industrial Exposure Fellowship (PIEF):
- Must have completed one year of PhD in Science/Engineering.
- Age below 28 years.
- Post Doctoral Industrial Fellowship (PDIF):
- Fresh PhDs in Science/Engineering.
- Age below 35 years and within 2 years of PhD completion.
- Candidates not holding a permanent position or those with a career break are also eligible.

Selected applicants will be expected to:
- Identify relevant German industry or research organizations aligned with their research area.
- Correspond with potential host industries to seek openings.
- Obtain consent letters from the host industry, detailing the proposed research direction and duration.
- Submit a recommendation letter from a mentor in India and a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their institution head, if applicable.
