Job Description
The PhD project will tackle the challenges of ensuring ultra-reliable, low-latency, and deterministic communication within modern CPS. The candidate will:
- Develop optimization methods for network configuration and control.
- Design lightweight learning-based techniques for automated scheduling and resource allocation.
- Co-design algorithms with edge hardware and embedded platforms focused on efficiency, timing, and energy constraints.
- Validate concepts through prototyping and experimental evaluation in collaboration with academic and industrial partners.
