PhD Opportunity Alert: CTP-SAI, United Kingdom

Postdoctoral Position in UK United Kingdom

PhD Opportunity Alert: Join our innovative research project focusing on the development of bruise-resistant ‘Maris Piper’ potatoes. Tuber bruising poses a significant commercial challenge, impacting the appearance and flavor of potatoes and incurring substantial costs. This project aims to identify candidate genes to enhance bruise resilience using advanced gene-editing techniques, with a strong focus on ‘Maris Piper’ as a model variety.
