Eligibility/Qualification
- Master’s degree in Chemistry, Physics, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in surface science and heterogeneous catalysis.
- Excellent proficiency in English.
- Good technical experimental skills.
- Experience with surface science, vacuum equipment, and/or scanning probe microscopy is advantageous.
Job Description
As a PhD candidate, you will:
- Investigate the atomic-scale structure of catalysts and their performance during Fischer-Tropsch synthesis.
- Utilize operando scanning probe microscopy and other characterization methods.
- Collaborate within a large research consortium, engaging with academia and industry experts.
- Develop advanced measurement techniques and work in a cutting-edge laboratory environment.
