Research Area:
The research will focus on manifold invariants in topology with potential links to Homotopy Theory and Mathematical Physics. There is also scope for exploring applications of topology in the sciences.

Description:
The PhD position is part of the NWO ENW-XL project “Symmetry on the interface of topology and higher algebra.” The successful candidate will conduct research towards writing a PhD thesis and may also be involved in teaching tasks (approximately 15% of time).
