BE/B.Tech (1st Division) with valid NET/GATE OR ME/M.Tech (1st Division) - Physics:
M.Sc. Physics (1st Division) with NET qualification - Electronics & Communication Engineering:
BE/B.Tech with NET/GATE OR ME/M.Tech (1st Division) - Computer Science:
BE/B.Tech with NET/GATE OR ME/M.Tech (1st Division) - Electrical Engineering:
BE/B.Tech with NET/GATE OR ME/M.Tech (1st Division)
Research Associate (RA)
- Metallurgy & Materials Engineering / Physics:
Ph.D. or equivalent
OR
Postgraduate degree with 3 years of research/teaching/design experience + at least one SCI journal publication
Age Limit
OBC: 3 years
JRF: Maximum 28 years
RA: Maximum 35 years
Relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years
