Eligibility/Qualification

  • A Bachelor’s degree followed by a Master’s in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a closely related discipline.

  • Experience with emerging memory devices.
  • Proficiency in simulation tools (LTspice, Cadence, MATLAB, Python).
  • Interest in brain-inspired computation and experimental validation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary research environment.

Job Description

The PhD researcher will:

  • Explore energy-delay efficient unconventional computing architectures.
  • Conduct numerical modeling and validation of brain-inspired algorithms.
  • Develop hardware-aware training and inference algorithms.
  • Perform algorithm-circuit co-optimization and benchmarking.
  • Support prototype circuit testing and experimental system setup.
  • Collaborate with neuroscientists, device physicists, and algorithm developers.
