Job Description
The fellowship is dedicated to a project titled โReliable Bayesian prediction models with uncertainty quantification for trustworthy personalized treatment decisions in the T-PRESS Evidence Ecosystem Framework.โ The project aims to:
- Adapt existing statistical models of drug response to accurately reflect biological and technical variability.
- Integrate heterogeneous data from clinical, high-dimensional multi-omics, and patient-derived organoid (PDO) functional assays.
- Assess the predictive value of multi-omics and PDO data compared to established clinical risk factors.
- Validate prediction models for reliability and integration into digital decision aids.
Candidates will develop Bayesian statistical and machine-learning methods to provide personalized risk assessments and treatment effect predictions.
