Eligibility/Qualification–

The essential minimum academic qualification for all departments is a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline (or advertised area) with a first-class or equivalent in the preceding degree, alongside a consistently strong academic record. Candidates with a Ph.D. in other areas are also eligible if their recent research aligns with the advertised domains.

Assistant Professor Grade II: Fresh Ph.D. holders or those with less than 3 years of post-Ph.D. experience. Preferably below 35 years of age.
Assistant Professor Grade I: Minimum of 3 years of post-Ph.D. teaching/research/industry experience with demonstrated research capabilities and publications. Preferably below 38 years of age.
Associate Professor: Minimum of 6 years post-Ph.D. experience, with at least 3 years at the level of Assistant Professor Grade I at reputed institutions. Must have graduated Ph.D. students and demonstrated excellent teaching and research abilities. Preferably below 45 years of age.
Professor: Minimum of 10 years post-Ph.D. experience, with at least 4 years as Associate Professor at reputed institutions. Requires demonstrated research leadership, Ph.D. student guidance, and external recognition.

The institute is recruiting for faculty positions at the levels of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor across multiple departments and cutting-edge research areas.

Selected faculty members will be responsible for teaching core courses from the IIT Tirupati curriculum and developing new coursework in their areas of expertise. Faculty will be expected to conduct high-quality, impactful research, guide Ph.D. and M.S. scholars, and consistently publish in reputed journals and conferences. Additionally, faculty members will actively participate in institute-building activities, administrative duties, student-centric roles, and are highly encouraged to secure externally funded research projects and engage in industry consultancy.
