Eligibility/Qualification:
- A master’s degree (or an equivalent university degree) in Computer Science or another relevant discipline (e.g., Psychology or Sociology)
- Knowledge about contemporary Software Engineering

- Motivation to work in and contribute to an international and interdisciplinary team
- Willingness to develop teaching skills and mentor students
- Fluent in spoken and written English
Job Description:
The successful candidate will conduct research to understand the impact of software-centric community events on scientific communities and subsequently design, implement, and evaluate interventions to support codebase advancement, community engagement, member integration, and knowledge sharing. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, facilitation of hackathons and other events, and contribution to education activities are integral parts of this role.
