Job Description
The PhD candidate will:
- Identify suitable precursors for ultrasonic spray pyrolysis (USP) deposition.
- Synthesize precursors for Ag-doped Sb2S3 and AgSbS2 thin film fabrication.
- Fabricate thin films and solar cells using USP.
- Characterize materials and devices at TalTech and with international collaborators.
- Optimize solar cell components including absorber layers and transport layers.
- Analyze research data, prepare reports, present at conferences, and publish research articles.
