Designation: Postdoctoral Research Fellow

Research Area: Fuel Cell Systems

Location: Aalborg, Denmark

Eligibility/Qualification: PhD-level scientific qualifications or similar. Strong background knowledge in fuel cells, system modeling, energy and mass integration, microgrid applications, and energy management systems. Experience in conducting experiments related to fuel cells and control strategies. Familiarity with MATLAB and LabVIEW is a plus. Strong publication record.

Job Description:

Aalborg University’s Energy department, AAU Energy, invites applications for Postdoc positions in Fuel Cell Systems. The positions, based in Aalborg, offer an opportunity to contribute to the research group’s work within the field of clean and sustainable energy systems, with a focus on fuel cell technology. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting research within the Fuel Cell Systems research group, focusing on experimental and modeling work.
  • Collaborating with industry partners for research and innovation.
  • System modeling for energy and mass integration of fuel cell systems.
  • Modeling fuel cell and hydrogen microgrid applications and optimizing energy management systems.
  • Designing and implementing effective control strategies for fuel cell systems.
  • Publishing research findings in reputable journals.
  • Collaborating with researchers and faculty members.
