Erwin Schrödinger Fellowships (Postdoc) Position in Austria

PostDoc in Hematopoiesis and Leukemia: The St. Anna Children’s Cancer Research Institute is looking for a highly ambitious and motivated PostDoc to lead a research project in hematopoiesis, epigenetics, and leukemia. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team and have a direct impact on the development of new cancer therapies.

Designation: PostDoc (f/m/d) in Hematopoiesis and Leukemia

Research Area: Hematopoiesis, epigenetics, and leukemia

Location: St. Anna Children’s Cancer Research Institute, Vienna, Austria

Eligibility/Qualification:

  • PhD degree (obtained or in final stages) in the areas of hematopoiesis, leukemia, epigenetics or immunology
  • At least one first-author paper in a peer-reviewed journal
  • Proficiency in working with mouse models of leukemia, bone marrow transplantation, flow cytometry
  • Experience in genomics and basics of bioinformatics are a plus
  • Self-motivation and proactive mindset

Job Description:
