Eligibility / Qualification
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of academic/industry experience, OR
- Master’s degree and 3+ years of academic/industry experience, OR
- PhD in Chemistry with no previous years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry with 0-2 years of additional related research experience.
- Demonstrated ability in the design and multistep synthesis of complex organic molecules using modern techniques.
- Experience with machine learning, computational tools, parallel synthesis, or advanced technologies for chemistry research.
- Expertise in the purification and characterization of organic compounds.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and understanding of synthetic methods and reaction mechanisms.
