Eligibility/Qualification
- A PhD (or completion within six months of appointment) in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related discipline.
- Strong track record of independent research as demonstrated by publications in peer-reviewed journals and conference presentations.
- Solid background in computational biophysics.
- Experience in molecular dynamics simulations, free energy calculations, or advanced sampling techniques related to proteins or biomolecules.
- Proficiency in programming or scripting for simulation and data analysis.
- Experience using high-performance computing environments.
- Experience with structure prediction or AI methods is desirable.
Job Description
The successful candidate will:
- Conduct independent research focused on advanced sampling methods and free energy calculations in molecular biology and biophysics.
