Job Description:
The successful candidate will:
- Integrate data generated within the consortium into the embeddings space of the Chemical Checker and the Bioteque.
- Develop methodologies linking viral perturbations to signatures of non-communicable diseases.
- Adapt generative-AI models to identify or design new chemical compounds that halt RSV-induced cellular perturbations.
