Eligibility/Qualification

  • Fresh PhD graduate or with up to 3 years of postdoctoral experience
  • Expertise in yeast genetics and scientific expertise in the field of genome stability
  • Expertise in molecular cell biology, proteomics, and genomics data analysis
  • Fluency in English; French is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, managerial abilities, and aptitude for teamwork
  • Highly motivated, curious, and enthusiastic to work in a collaborative team

Job Description

  • Conduct research on how nuclear architecture contributes to genome stability in response to replication perturbations
  • Investigate the nuclear pore complex and its role in promoting replication fork repair in yeast S. pombe
  • Implement innovative proteomic and genomic approaches as part of the Space-ForkIn consortium funded by the ANR
  • Collaborate within a team of around 8 members, including PhD students, post-docs, engineers, and researchers
  • Full-time, fixed-term contract (1 year, renewable for 1 additional year)
  • Start date: As soon as possible
  • Remuneration according to current grids
