About- The School of Computer Science and Engineering is one of the largest and most prestigious computing schools in Australia. It offers undergraduate programs in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science and Bioinformatics, as well as a number of combined degrees with other disciplines. It attracts excellent students who have an outstanding record in international competitions. At the postgraduate level there is a large PhD research program and coursework programs at the Master’s and Graduate Diploma level in Computing and Information Technology and at Graduate Certificate level in Computing.

Eligibility/Qualification- Experience in at least two of Medical Image Computing / Machine learning / Deep Learning is essential.

Job/Position Description- The School of Computer Science and Engineering is seeking an exceptional Postdoctoral Research Associate to conduct research in Medical Imaging for the project “Learning from and Improving target volume delineation in radiotherapy,” funded by UNSW’s Biomedical Engineering Seed Fund. This is a research-only position.
- Level A – $91,743– A$98,127 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)
- Fixed term (Up to 36 months)
- Full-time position
