Job Description (Key Duties and Responsibilities)
- Conduct practical, lab-based research to develop and optimize coating formulations aligned with customer needs and emerging markets.
- Support the expansion of the company’s core platform and contribute directly to the innovation pipeline.
- Test and analyze coatings across different substrates and material forms, including applications in purification, chromatography, and surface modification.
- Evaluate technical results to inform further surface treatment process development and apply this knowledge for product advancement.
- Prepare, review, and document technical reports, process development procedures, and standard operating protocols (SOPs).
