Eligibility/Qualification:
- Ph.D. in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Distributed Systems.
- Candidates in Cybersecurity, Data Management, and Real-Time Systems are also of strong interest.
- One or more years of teaching experience preferred; evidence of excellence in teaching is essential.
- Fluency in spoken English.
- Strong collaborative skills.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Engage in collaborative research with projects that include AI models for detecting and tracking cancer in partnership with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
- Work on distributed systems projects in collaboration with FINOS and a “Big Tech” hyperscaler.
- Supervise undergraduate research and involve exceptional undergraduate students in their research initiatives.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices.
