Eligibility/Qualification
- Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5) in:
- Agronomy
- Ecophysiology
- Plant Biology
- Computational Biology
- Strong interest in plant modeling
- Experience in modeling and programming (Python, R) is a distinct advantage
- Proficient in scientific writing in both French and English
Job Description
Conduct research within the P3F Research Unit at INRAE, focusing on:
- Developing a numerical tillering model for Poaceae
- Adapting the CN-Wheat model to incorporate tillering dynamics
- Assessing the impact of environmental variables on tillering
- Identifying traits for improving plant adaptation to climate variations
