Eligibility/Qualification:

- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed scientific journals
Job Description:
The successful applicant will:
- Design and conduct experiments for the expression and purification of multi-protein complexes involved in innate immune signaling
- Perform single-particle cryoEM studies using state-of-the-art instrumentation at Khalifa University
- Analyze protein-protein and protein-ligand interactions using biochemical and biophysical techniques (e.g., SEC, native PAGE, thermal shift assays)
- Collaborate with local and international research partners
- Contribute to mentoring graduate students and junior researchers
- Utilize complementary structural techniques including X-ray crystallography and biochemical reconstitution
