Eligibility/Qualification–
Essential:
Ph.D. in Computational Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biophysics, Biology, or a related field, with experience in Molecular Dynamics (MD) simulations and enhanced sampling.
Desirable:
Experience in protein/peptide simulations, coarse-grained/all-atom MD, and enhanced sampling. A good knowledge of GROMACS or any other biomolecular simulation packages.
